"We" and "us" on this page mean Tamarful, trading as Tamarful.
What we sell
All of our dates are sold by weight and priced per kilogram. Each variety has its own price. You choose a quantity in whole kilograms.
Minimum order
Orders for delivery in Saudi Arabia and internationally have a minimum total weight of 9 kg. The minimum applies to the whole cart, so you can reach it with any mix of varieties. You cannot check out until it is met.
Prices
Our prices are set in Saudi riyals (SAR). For delivery outside Saudi Arabia, prices are shown in your local currency, converted from SAR. Prices can change, including seasonal and sale prices. Before you pay, checkout checks prices, availability and any discount code again and shows you any change.
VAT, duties and taxes
For delivery in Saudi Arabia, prices include 15% VAT on both the dates and shipping. Your tax invoice shows the VAT amount. Orders delivered outside Saudi Arabia are not charged VAT. International customers pay any customs duties and import taxes due in their own country.
Orders and payment
You can order as a guest or with an account. You pay online at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once your payment has succeeded, not when you press pay. If the payment fails or is not completed, the order is not confirmed.
Orders for delivery in Saudi Arabia are charged in Saudi riyals (SAR).
Shipping
Shipping is charged separately from the dates and is shown at checkout before you pay. See our shipping policy.
If we cannot fulfil a paid order
If we find after payment that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund your payment.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You cannot cancel an order yourself on the website. Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled by our team through the contact page. See our cancellation policy and our returns & refunds policy.
