"We" and "us" on this page mean Tamarful, trading as Tamarful.

An order is confirmed when your payment clears, not when you press pay. Until then it is an attempt, and we will tell you which it is.

Prices are per kilogram, in the currency shown for your delivery country. International prices are converted from Saudi riyals at a rate we maintain by hand, so the amount you are charged is the amount you were shown.

Very occasionally an order cannot be fulfilled after payment. If that happens we tell you and refund you in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
