Where we ship, how shipping is charged, and the minimum order.
Within Saudi Arabia
We deliver within Saudi Arabia at the standard Saudi Post (SPL) domestic rate. In some areas, such as Madinah, we may deliver an order ourselves instead of using a carrier. For delivery in Saudi Arabia, shipping includes 15% VAT, like the dates.
A National Address is required for delivery in Saudi Arabia. We ask for your National Address short code at checkout.
International
We ship to the countries listed in the shipping country picker at the top of every page. International shipping is priced by destination and box size. You see the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.
Box sizes (international orders)
International orders ship in a box sized by the total weight of the order: under 10 kg ships in a 10 kg box, 10–19 kg in a 20 kg box, 20–29 kg in a 30 kg box, and so on. The cart shows which box your order is in and how much room is left in it.
Minimum order
Orders for delivery in Saudi Arabia and internationally have a minimum total weight of 9 kg, across any mix of varieties.
Packaging
There is no separate packaging fee.
Tracking
You can follow your order on the order tracking page using your order number and the email or phone you ordered with.
Customs duties and import taxes
International customers pay any customs duties and import taxes due in their own country. They are not included in our prices or in the total you pay us.
