Within Saudi Arabia
We ship across the Kingdom. Orders around Madinah may be delivered by us directly rather than by a carrier; either way you are told which at checkout.
International
We ship to the countries listed in the shipping picker in the header. Prices are shown in your own currency, converted from Saudi riyals at a rate we maintain by hand.
Boxes and weight
Orders start at 9 kg and ship in 10 kg boxes: a 9 kg order travels in a 10 kg box, and crossing 10 kg moves it into a 20 kg one. The cart tells you which box your order is in and how much room is left in it.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes on international orders, where they apply, are payable on delivery and are not included in the price you pay us.
