How to cancel an order and what happens to your payment.
How to cancel
There is no cancel button on the website or in your account. To cancel, contact us using the contact form and choose "Cancel an order", or email us. Include your order number. A member of our team handles every cancellation.
Orders that were not paid
An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds. If you leave checkout before paying, or the payment does not go through, the order is not confirmed and there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds on cancelled orders
If you have already paid, our team issues any refund after the cancellation is processed. Refunds can be full or partial.
