The return window
You can ask to return an order within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Contact us using the contact form and choose "Return or refund", or email us. Include your order number. There is no self-service return button; our team handles every return.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of shipping a return back to us.
Refunds
You can request a refund through the contact form. Our team reviews the request and issues the refund. A refund can be for the full amount or for part of it.
